Nathaniel brings over 25 years of experience in educational instructional design and media production. He co-founded Albany Educational Television, focusing primarily on adult education. Nathaniel has also authored books on organizational development and served as a senior media production manager for AT&T. Additionally, he was a project manager and director of engineering for a television network in Virginia Beach. His technical, project management, and leadership skills have taken him to the Middle East, Africa, and Central America. Nathaniel has developed training products using the latest technology and is well-versed in the newest eLearning technologies. He holds a master's degree in human resource management from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, CA, and a bachelor's degree in education from the College of St. Rose in Albany, NY. Nathaniel resides with his family in Dallas,Texas.
